Just in are some wicked skull themed necklaces - check it out!
Very excited about a new material I discovered, used in the construction of some of the new necklaces. Completely original - let me know what you think...
Plus some of the old favourites:
The bull (or antelope) with a Sun (or Moon) between it's horns, is an ancient and recurring theme used by many different cultures, dating back to Mesopotamia, Egypt, Greek, Roman times to modern day.
Originating as a fertility deity connected to agriculture and the renewal of life.
The porcelain necklace pendants are typically fired four/five times - some made using the Nerikomi technique, some with under glaze and 18ct gold lustre.
The necklaces are strung with hand made brass spiral disks from Benin (made by using "the lost wax" casting method) and other authentic African and antique trading beads on a leather thong.
